【摘要】 目的探讨黄药子凝胶剂治疗阴道尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法以黄药子水煎液制成凝胶剂,外涂治疗阴道尖锐湿疣40例,并与对照组对比,观察其疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组治愈24例(60.0%),显效6例(15.0%),有效6例(15.0%),无效4例(10.0%)。对照组治愈18例(45.0%),显效6例(15.0%),有效3例(7.5%),无效13例(32.5%)。两组比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。3~6个月后,治疗组8例复发,对照组10例复发,两组复差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄药子凝胶剂治疗阴道尖锐湿疣疗效好,不良反应少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of airpotato yam gelling agent in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods Applies airpotato yam gelling agent to cure 40 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients,and compares with the control group to evaluate curative effect and side reaction.Results The cure rate was 60.0% in treatment group,which was obviously superior to that of 45.0% in control group(P<0.05).After 3-6 months’ follow up, there was no significant difference of recurrence rate between the 2 groups.Conclusion Airpotato yam gelling agent has distinct curative effect, less side reaction, and worthy of widespread application in clinical practice.更多还原
