钙离子参与一氧化氮促进盐胁迫下的玉米种子萌发
Ca2+ Involved in Seed Germination of Maize (Zea mays L.) Induced by Nitric Oxide under Salt Stress
【摘要】 0.001~1.0 mmol·L-1一氧化氮(NO)供体硝普钠(SNP)均能提高玉米种子的发芽率,缓解盐胁迫下种子萌发的抑制作用,其中0.1 mmol·L-1SNP的效果最佳。用胞外游离Ca2+螯合剂EGTA、质膜Ca2+通道阻断剂LaCl3和液泡Ca2+释放抑制剂钌红与0.1 mmol·L-1 SNP共处理,均能减弱或抵消SNP促进种子萌发的作用。据此推测,钙离子参与SNP促进盐胁迫下玉米种子萌发的信号转导过程。
【Abstract】 0.001-1.0 mmol·L-1sodium nitroprusside(SNP),an exogenous nitric oxide(NO)donor,could increase the seed germination percentage of maize(Zea mays)and relieve the inhibition of salt stress to seed germination.The effect of 0.1 mmol·L-1SNP was the best.After treatment of extracellular dissociation Ca2+ chelant EGTA,in combination with blocker of plasma membrane Ca2+channels LaCl3 and inhibitor of vacuole Ca2+release ruthenium red,the effect of SNP was decreased.Our results suggested that Ca2+was involved in the signal transduction of maize seed germination induced by SNP under salt stress.
