低温对不同磷水平下玉米叶片几种与光合作用有关的生理指标的影响
Effects of Low Temperature on Some Physiological Indices of Photosynthesis of Maize(Zea mays L.) Inbred Lines under Different Phosphorus Nutrition Level
【摘要】 采用砂培方法检测低温低磷下玉米自交系‘齐319’和‘99038’苗期叶片几种与光合作用有关的生理指标变化。结果表明:低温(昼/夜,10℃/8℃)胁迫下,2个自交系的净光合速率(Pn)、作用光下的实际PSII光化学效率(ΦPSII)、光系统II(PSII)的原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和PSII潜在活性Fv/Fo均下降;低磷(磷浓度为1.95mg·L-1)下,低温对Pn、ΦPSII、Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo的影响更明显;低温胁迫下的叶绿素含量和生物量减少,可溶性糖含量增加;多磷(磷浓度为19.50mg·L-1)下无机磷和总磷含量增加,低磷下则下降。在相同的条件下,‘99038’的生物量、Pn、ΦPSII、Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo的降幅均小于‘齐319’,可溶性糖含量增加幅度则比其高。
【Abstract】 Using sand culture, maize inbred lines cv. 99038 and cv. Qi-319 were studied for their some physi-ological indices of photosynthesis at seedling under low level phosphorus and low temperature conditions. The results were shown as follows: Their net photosynthetic rate (Pn), actual PSII efficiency (ΦPSII), Fv/Fm and Fv/ Fo were decreased by low temperature stress (day/night, 10 oC/8 oC), which were decreased remarkably by both low level phosphorus and low temperature stress. Under low temperature conditions, the content of chlo-rophyll and biomass were decreased, while the content of soluble sugar was increased. The content of inorganic phosphate and total phosphate were increased in normal P treatment, which were decreased in low P stress. The reduction of biomass, Pn, ΦPSII, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo were less and the increment of the content of soluble sugar of cv. 99038 was more than cv. Qi-319 at same treatment.
