【摘要】 目的:比较4个血清组血清试剂对脊髓灰质炎病毒(sabinⅠ型及sabinⅡ型)滴度测定的影响。方法:在除血清试剂因素外的其它因素完全相同的条件下,采用微量细胞培养法测定Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型脊髓灰质炎病毒滴度,分析测定结果之间的差异是否具有显著性。结果:应用的4个血清组所测得的脊髓灰质炎病毒滴度结果之间差异具有显著性。结论:不同的血清试剂对脊灰病毒滴度的测定有影响,因此建议病毒滴度检测前要进行预试验来选择适宜的血清试剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare four kinds of different serum reagents influence for titre measurese to the Poliovirus(the type I and the typeII).Methods:This study used microplate method under a condition with completely same factors expect serum reagents to measure the titre of poliovirus(the type I and the typeII) and analyse whether the results have obvious difference or not.Results:There was obvious difference between using four kinds of serum reagents to measure the titre of Poliovirus.Conclusion:The different reagent can influence the measurement of poliovirus titre.Therefore,there should be a beforehand experiment in order to choose appropriate serum reagent.更多还原
