【摘要】 目的:快速检测食品中的金黄色葡萄球菌。方法:采用金黄色葡萄球菌测试片检验食品中的金黄色葡萄球菌,并用国标法进行对比。结果:测试片法检验金黄色葡萄球菌特异高,最小检出量0.11 cfu/g(m l),敏感度为1.2×10-8,比国标法可提高3个指数的最小检出量。阳性检出率可提高20.0%~25.5%。结论:测试片法操作简单,方便快捷,结果易观察。方法准确可靠,抑制杂菌能力强,工作周期短,可减少1/2的工作量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect Staphylococcus aureus in food rapidly.Methods:The detection result of Staphylococcus aureus in food by testing slip method was studied and compared with Chinese national standard method(GB).Results:Testing slip method was a high-specificity detection method for Staphylococcus aureus with the sensitivity of 1.2×10-8,and its minimum detectable quantity was 0.11 cfu/g(ml),which increased 3-log10 compared with Chinese national standard method(GB).Increase of positive detecting rate in this method was in the range of 20.0%～25.5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,convenient,accurate and stable.Moreover,the method with the short detecting period can reduce one half of the workload.更多还原
