【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中淫羊藿苷的方法。方法:样品用30%乙醇提取,经0.22μm滤膜过滤,以甲醇-水为流动相,进入高效液相色谱进行分析。结果:通过实验对最佳波长、柱温、流动相的比例进行选择,获得理想的分离效果,方法最低检出浓度为0.1μg/ml;方法线性范围为0.1μg/ml～0.8 mg/ml;方法平均回收率为101.6%;相对标准偏差<10%。结论:该法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度好,适合于保健食品中淫羊藿苷的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method is employed for determining barrenwort of the health food.Methods:The sample was firstly distilled by using 30% ethanol,filtrated through 0.22 μm membrane,then detected through HPLC with methanol-water as the mobile phase.Results:The optimum wave-length,the column temperature,the ratio of mobile phase were selected respectively and the good separation effect was achieved.It was shown that the lowest detecting concentration was 0.1 μg/ml,the linearity range 0.1 μg/ml～0.8 mg/ml,the average recovery 101.6%,and the RSD lower than 10%.Conclusion:The method is easy,fast and precise and can fit for determining barrenwort in the health food.更多还原
