工作场所空气中乙酸2-甲氧基乙酯气相色谱测定方法研究

【摘要】 目的:建立工作场所空气中乙酸2-甲氧基乙酯浓度的测定方法。方法:选用FFAP柱分离,活性炭管采样,二氯甲烷/甲醇解吸,气相色谱法测定空气中乙酸2-甲氧基乙酯。结果:采用FFAP柱能将乙酸2-甲氧基乙酯与共存物分离。乙酸2-甲氧基乙酯浓度在0~240μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,方法的检出限为9.28μg/ml,最低检出浓度为6.2 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L空气样品计)。方法的相对标准偏差为2.4%~6.9%。解吸效率为94.1%~98.7%。样品于室温可保存7 d。结论:该方法各项指标达到《车间空气中有毒物质测定研究规范》的要求,本方法适用于工作场所空气中乙酸2-甲氧基乙酯浓度的检测。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the method for the detection of 2-Methoxyethyl acetate in workplace air by gas chromatography.Methods:Samples are collected by drawing air through activated charcoal tubes.Samples were desorbed with 95/5(v/v) methylene chloride/methanol and analyzed by gas chromatography using a flame ionization detector.Results:The limit of detection was 9.28 μg/ml.The calibration graphs was linear with correlation coefficients at >0.9995 over the range of 0~240 micrograms/ml.Average desorption efficiencies were 94.1%~98.7%.The ranges of the precision(RSD) was 2.4%~6.9%.The samples were stored at ambient temperatures for 7 days.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and an ideal method for determination of 2-Methoxyethyl acetate in workplace air.
