【摘要】 目的:谋求全面提高清远市县(市)级疾控中心检验能力。方法:将调查资料对照卫生部的《仪器装备标准》、《检验能力标准》、《建设标准》、《编制规定》并用2χ检验和等级相关进行统计分析。结果:全市7县(市)疾控中心:检验人员占专业技术人员的比重为15.0%;对照《仪器装备标准》,装备率仅是38.2%(各单位悬殊大,有高度显著性差异);对照《检验能力标准》,检验项目的开展率为45.6%(各单位极悬殊,有高度显著性差异);仪器装备率与检验项目的开展率呈正相关关系;各县(市)检验室面积占疾控中心总建筑面积的比例均未达到《建设标准》的要求,疾控中心总建筑面积也普遍达不到标准要求。结论:调查结果的绝大多数数据均未达到卫生部的标准要求,检验能力低下。建议检验室的所有配置要科学、实用、合理、节约;应殚精竭虑地争取政府的真正重视和支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To increase the test ability of all the labs of county(city)-level center for disease control and prevention in Qingyuan city.Methods:We contrasted the survey data with <Instrument Material Standard>,<Inspecting Ability Standard>,<Installation Standard> and <Authorized Prescription>.At the same time,we analyzed the data with statistical and χ~2 test method.Results:There are 7 county(city)-level centers for disease control and prevention in Qingyuan city:the rate of hygienic inspectors in personnel in a specific technical field was 15.0%.According to the <Instrument Material Standard>,the rate of facility that have been equipped was 38.2%(the rate difference was significant in the different units).According to the <Inspecting Ability Standard>,the rate of testing items was 45.6%(the rate difference was significant in the different units).The facility and testing items were positively correlated.According to the <Installation Standard>,the area of libraries in all the centers was not up to the standard,the total building area in the different center was not up to the standard.Conclusion:Almost all the survey data are not up to the standard of the ministry of health,that show the low testing level.更多还原
