【摘要】 目的:为了解温州市艾滋病病毒感染状况,为温州市艾滋病的监测和防治工作提供理论依据。方法:收集2005年温州市各疾控系统、医疗单位、中心血站、戒毒所、出入境检验检疫局等单位各血清样本和资料,其中包括性病门诊就诊者、哨点监测、吸毒人员、献血者、卖淫者及部分术前病人等人群的样本血清学检测并进行资料分析。结果:2005年共检测138 572份血清,初筛检出H IV抗体阳性为179例,确证H IV抗体阳性为70例。H IV抗体阳性率高的人群为H IV阳性者的配偶、自愿检测者、性病病人、吸毒者,阳性率分别为7.69%、3.42%、2.83%、2.57%,术前检查者、献血员、劳教人员H IV抗体阳性检出率较低,阳性率分别为0.05%、0.01%、0.10%。70例H IV抗体阳性者中术前检查者、吸毒者、性病病人阳性构成比居前三位,分别为41.43%、21.43%、14.29%,自愿检测者、献血员、劳教人员、H IV阳性者配偶阳性构成比较低,分别为10.00%、7.14%、4.29%、1.43%。结论:温州市H IV感染率在特殊人群中比例较高,虽然一般人群仍处于较低水平但H IV的感染有开始向一般人群扩散的趋势,所以不仅要继续加强监测,同时还应开展健康教育为主的干预,提高我们一般人群自我防范意识,以遏制艾滋病在我市的流行和蔓延。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To know about the situation of HIV infection and provide a theoretical basis for the monitoring and prevention of AIDS,in Wenzhou city.Methods:We collected the patients′ serologic data of sexually transmitted diseases,sentinel surveillance,drug addicts,blood donors,preopertationers from disease control systems,medical units,center blood station,an addiction treatment center,department for entry-exit inspection and quarantine.Results:A total of 138 572 serum samples detected in 2005,primary screening positive samples for the HIV antibody were 179 cases,confirming positive samples were 70 cases.The high positive rate population of HIV antibody were their spouse,VCT,STD patients,drug addicts,positive rate was 7.69%,3.42%,2.83%,2.57%,respectively,but the positive rate of pre-operative examination,blood donors and prisoners are lower,positive rate is 0.05%,0.01%,0.10%,respectively.HIV positive patients′ constitute ratio of preoperative examination,drug addicts,sexually transmitted diseases were higher than VCT,blood donors,prisoners and their spouses in 70 cases HIV positeve individuals,the fomer was 41.43%,21.43%,14.29%,respectively,the latter was 7.14%,4.29% and 1.43%,respectively.Conclusion:HIV infection rate is higher in special populations than generalpopulation in Wenzhou City,but HIV infection has begun to spread to the general population.We will proceed with not only strengthen the monitoring also unfold health education intervention and improve self-awareness of general population so that inhibiting the prevalence and spread of AIDS in Wenzhou city.更多还原
