用Vero细胞从病人痰液中分离呼吸道合胞病毒的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:证实本次暴发流行的病原和Vero细胞分离RSV的效果,获得可用于疫苗研制的RSV毒株。方法:用Ve-ro细胞从患儿痰标本中分离RSV并对分离到的毒株进行生物学特性研究。结果:从13例患儿痰标本中分离到3株可稳定传代的病毒株,经RSV单克隆抗体、RT-PCR扩增产物的核酸序列测定及CPE特征等证实为RSV。结论:本次婴幼儿呼吸道疾病暴发是由RSV A型所引起,Vero细胞分离RSV阳性率为23.1%。

【Abstract】 Objective:To confirm pathogen causing children′s respiratory tract infection and evaluate the effects that RSV is isolated through vero cells.Methods:RSV from children patients′ sputum was isolated through vero cells and the RSV biological features were also studied.Results:Three strains of virus that can proliferate stably were isolated from 13 children patients′ sputum.RSV was conformed through its CPE features,RSV monoclonal antibody and nucleotide sequencing technology.Conclusion:The children′s respiratory diseases were caused by RSV-A.RSV positive rate is 23.1% through vero cells.
