【Abstract】 The growth of inter- firm strategic alliances is an important development of international economics and firm organizations in the past thirty years. With China’ s opening its economy, Chinese firms are joining into the global networks of alliances and internationalizing their operations. Based on the emerging requirements that Chinese firms must meet to deal with the specific and complex knowledge transfer and exchange in alliances, this article puts forward the conceptual construct of "learning- by- alliances capabilities" and expounds hindrances of knowledge transfer in alliances and key factors that shape the learning- by- alliances capabilities.更多还原
