【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑血管病患者家属的心理健康状况及其影响因素,提出相应的护理措施,为临床神经科实施心理护理提供参考。方法采用一般情况调查表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对196例急性脑血管病患者家属进行问卷调查。结果急性脑血管病患者家属的焦虑得分明显高于国内常模(P<0.01),且受性别、文化程度、职业、在职情况、家庭平均月收入等因素影响。结论急性脑血管病患者家属的心理健康状况较正常人群差,采取相应护理干预措施可以提高他们的心理健康水平和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study psychological health of family caregivers of patients with stroke and its influence factors.Methods The scale of basic conditions and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to survey 196 family caregivers of patients with stroke.Results The scores of anxiety of the family caregivers were significantly higher than those of the normal mode(P<0.01).Their psychological health was influenced by such factors as sex,education,occupation and average income per month.Conclusion The psychological health of the family caregivers of patients with stroke are worse than normal people.Nursing interventions are necessary for them to improve their psychological health condition and quality of life.更多还原
