【摘要】 研究目的:研究各种基础设施在关中小城市的经济增长中所扮演的角色,进而探讨关中小城市土地利用的前景。研究方法:计量检验。研究结论:充分的基础设施是经济增长的前提条件,但是对于发展程度不同的国家和地区基础设施所发挥的作用不尽相同。本文搜集关中小城市基础设施相关数据,通过计量检验发现和中国其他地区一样,道路建设对关中小城市经济增长有极为关键的促进作用;但是在关中特殊的水资源约束下,自来水供给水平的提升却对经济增长有严重的负面影响。经济增长是城市土地利用的重要保证,本文的检验结果对于关中小城市制定合理的土地利用政策有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of research is to analyze the role of infrastructure in medium and small cities in Guanzhong region and the perspective of land use in medium and small cities furthermore.Method of data test was employed.Sufficient infrastructure is the precondition for economic growth,and the role varies in different nations and areas however.Like other areas of China,the road building plays a key positive role in economic growth of medium and small cities in Guanzhong region on the basis of data test and analysis.However,any improvement of tap water supply level would have severe negative effect on economic growth because of special water resources restriction in Guanzhong region.Economic growth is an important guarantee of the urban land use.The output of the paper has positive significance on making suitable land use policies.更多还原
