BOT投资方式与福建古民居旅游开发对策研究以闽清宏琳厝为例
BOT Investment Style and Study on Exploitation of Ancient Residences Tourism in Fujian——Taking Minqing Ancient Residence as An Example
【摘要】 BOT是市场机制与政府干预相结合的产物,是解决发展中国家旅游开发建设中资金短缺困难的一种较好模式。福建省人文旅游资源丰富,尤其是古民居的旅游开发价值极高。以闽清宏琳厝古民居为例,对BOT投资模式在古民居开发的应用进行了可行性探讨,并提出相应对策与建议。
【Abstract】 BOT,in fact resulting from the mixture of market mechanism and government regulation,was a good model to overcome the difficulty of fund shortage in tourism development in developing countries.Fujian Province was abundant in human resources,especially the ancient residences which had high value for tourism development.This paper studied the feasibility of BOT investment style on the exploitation of ancient residences by taking Minqing ancient residence as an example,and put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasures.
