【Abstract】 BOT,in fact resulting from the mixture of market mechanism and government regulation,was a good model to overcome the difficulty of fund shortage in tourism development in developing countries.Fujian Province was abundant in human resources,especially the ancient residences which had high value for tourism development.This paper studied the feasibility of BOT investment style on the exploitation of ancient residences by taking Minqing ancient residence as an example,and put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasures.更多还原
