怀山药多糖对鸡免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的研究怀山药多糖对鸡免疫功能的影响。方法将150羽14日龄蛋公鸡随机分成3组,每组50羽,14日龄用一羽份新支二联弱毒苗点眼滴鼻免疫;同时2个试验组分别肌肉注射怀山药多糖溶液高、低剂量各0.3ml/羽,对照组注射生理盐水0.3ml/羽,连用3d;分别于免疫用药后的第7、14、21、28、35、42天各组随机抽取8只翼下静脉采血,后分离血清,测定新城疫血凝抑制(HI)抗体效价,并于免疫后14、21、28、35、42天随机抽4只放血致死后称重,摘取胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏称重并计算指数。结果试验组特异性免疫抗体和免疫器官指数均高于对照组,在某些时间点差异显著。结论怀山药多糖能增强鸡的免疫功能,可作为免疫增强剂与疫苗同时使用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide (DOPS) on immune function in chickens. Methods: 150 14-day-old chickens were randomly assigned to 3 groups at 50 each. All groups were vaccinated with ND-IBD vaccine on 14th; meanwhile, high and low dose of DOPS were given by muscular injection at 0.3 ml each in 2 experimental groups, and the control were given physiological saline for 3 days. On 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 35th and 42nd after vaccination, 8 blood samples were randomly obtained from each group for the determination of the level of HI antibody against ND. On 14th, 21st, 28th, 35th and 42nd after vaccination, 4 chickens’ whole body, spleen, bursa of Fabricius and thymus were randomly weighted from each group for the calculation of immune organ index. Results: The titer of special antibody and the immune organ indices of experimental groups were higher than that of the control, and the difference was significant at certain time points. Conclusion: DOPS co-inoculated with ND vaccine can enhance immune responses in chickens.
