双级并联共振腔消声器在大型空压机上的应用
The Application of the Two-stage and Parallel Connection Structure Resonator Muffler to a High Capacity Air Compressor
【摘要】 某大型空压机进气噪声对环境污染较为严重。通过对该空压机的噪声测量分析,发现进气噪声信号的频谱呈现两个明显的低频峰值。以这两个低频噪声成分为控制目标,设计了一个双级并联结构的共振腔消声器。经实验验证,安装此消声器后,空压机进气噪声降低了25dB左右,具有一定实用价值。
【Abstract】 The inlet noise of a high-capacity air compressor pollutes environment seriously.It’s found that the inlet noise frequency spectrum has two obvious peak values at low frequency according to the test and analysis of the inlet noise.Taking the two low frequency crest noise as noise control objects,a re- sonator muffler with two-stage and parallel-connection structure is designed.The experiment shows that the air compressor fixed the inlet muffler reduces about 25 dB inlet noise.So this kind of muffler has prac- tical use.
