238例小儿血流感染血培养阳性菌株的分离及药敏分析

【摘要】 目的了解小儿患者血流感染病原菌分布特点及对抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法对本院2004年1月-2006年5月间小儿血流感染患儿血中分离到的238株病原菌进行回顾性分析。结果血培养阳性菌株分布革兰阳性菌占84.87%(202/238),革兰阴性菌占15.13%(36/238),CNS 186株(186/238),药敏结果显示MRCMS多重耐药。结论小儿血流感染血培养阳性菌株以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为首位致病菌,MRCNS耐药严重,提示应合理使用抗生素,减少细菌耐药性产生;同时不动杆菌的感染呈上升趋势,应引起临床重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution feature of 238 stains pathogenic bacteria came from the child sufferer through hematogenous infection and drug fast to antibacterial.Methods Retrospective analyze 238 stains pathogenic bacteria abstracting from blood.Results Gram-positive bacteria account 84.87%(202/238) and Gram-negative bacteria account 15.13%(36/238) of stains pathogenic bacteria from the child sufferer’s blood,among the former CNS account 186stains(186/238).Susceptibility test reveal MRCMS multidrug resistant.Conclusion The stains pathogenic bacteria from the child sufferer’s blood,which coagulate negative staphylococcus first place in pathogenic bacteria and MRCNS resistant severity.It is concluded that the physicians should rational use antibiosis to decrease bacterial drug resistance,and reconstruction the ascendant tendency of the infection by immobility micro bacillary simultaneously.
