【摘要】 目的分析乳腺癌HER-2/neu表达水平并探讨其临床意义。方法用ELISA方法分析127例乳腺癌患者,30例良性疾病及40名健康体检者血清可溶性HER-2/neu水平并用免疫组化(IHC)方法分析乳腺癌组织切片中癌细胞的HER-2/neu染色。结果乳腺癌患者血清中可溶性HER-2/neu水平与正常对照和良性乳腺疾病相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。随TNM分期进展,乳腺癌患者可溶性HER-2/neu阳性率逐步升高。结论乳腺癌患者血清中可溶性HER-2/neu水平呈过度表达,而且与免疫组化结果呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the serum amount of soluble HER2/neu in breast cancer and to discuss its clinical signification.Methods Sera from 127 breast cancer patients,from 30 female individuals with benign breast diseases and from 40 healthy controls were assayed by ELISA to determine the level of soluble HER-2/neu in the sera.IHC was used to detect specific staining in the tissue segments from the breast carcinomas.Results Serum levels of soluble HER-2/neu in the breast cancer patients were significantly elevated compared with those of the healthy control and benign tumor patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The seral levels of soluble HER-2/neu can be considered as a critical parameter for clinical progression and may be meaningful in choosing appropriate therapies.更多还原
