【摘要】 目的研究红景天甙诱发体外培养腺样囊腺癌细胞(ACC)发生凋亡的作用及机制。方法用免疫组化的方法检测红景天甙作用后ACC细胞中Caspase3及Caspase8蛋白表达情况。结果给予红景天甙治疗组的ACC细胞的Caspase3及Caspase8蛋白表达均呈阳性表达,对照组均为阴性表达。结论红景天甙可以诱发ACC细胞凋亡,可作为临床腮腺癌治疗的药物之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and mechanism of apoptosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) induced by salidroside in vitro culture.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining is used to detect caspase3 and caspase8 in ACC cells induced by salidroside.Results Immunohistochemistry staining show,Caspase3 and caspase8 are both positive expression in ACC cells induced by salidroside,and negative expression in ACC cells of control group.Conclusion Salidroside could induce ACC cell apoptosis,it will be a kind of clinic medicine to treat carcinoma cell.更多还原
