【Abstract】 Sulfonamides(SAs)have played an important role in veterinary medicine and feed additives for decades.SAs residues in foods can be potential threat to the health of human.Many analysis methods of SAs,such as bioassay,radioimmunoassay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunosensors,colloidal gold immunochromato-(graphic) assay,immunoaffinity chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry,have been reported to monitor their residues in foods.We review the recent developments of these methods in this article.更多还原
