鸡肠神经胆碱乙酰转换酶和多巴胺羟化酶细胞的免疫组织化学

【摘要】 应用SABC法免疫组织化学技术,探索鸡肠神经内胆碱乙酰转换酶(ChAc)和多巴胺羟化酶(DβH)神经元的形态及其分布。结果显示,肠神经内含有52%的ChAc神经元和36%的DβH神经元,2种神经元胞体或为多突起的多边形,或为一端有长突起的椭圆形,它们分布于神经内的神经纤维之间。DβH神经元在节间束也有个别分布。部分神经纤维呈ChAc或DβH阳性。这表明鸡肠神经系混合神经,既含副交感节后神经元,也含交感节后神经元。

【Abstract】 The morphology and distribution of ChAc and DβH neurons were examined by SABC immunohistochemistry reaction.The results showed that the percentages of ChAc and DβH neurons in the Remak nerve were 52% and 36% respectively.The morphologies of the positive neurons were both polygon with several protrusions and oval with one protrusion.These neurons located between bundles of nerve fibres.Several DβH neurons were observed in nerve trunk between ganglions.Some nerve fibres were ChAc or DβH positive.It is indicated that Remak nerve of chicken is a mixed nerve which contains both parasympathetic postganglionic and sympathetic postganglionic neurons.
