【Abstract】 Virus preserver A and B were applied in Marek′s disease′s HVT live vaccine production on 3 batches of 200311,200312,200313.After sonication diluted for 2×104 times by SPGA,the PFU of virus preserver B was 121% higher than the control,while the PFU of virus preserver A was 14%, less than the control at least.The test about best adding concentration of virus preserver B showed that the first adding concentration was 1% or 2%,the second was 2%.Enlarged intermediate test showed that after sonication diluted for 4×104 times by SPGA,the PFU of preserver B was 66.5%, higher than the control.Marek′s disease′s HVT live vaccine(virus preserver B) specificity tests showed that MD standard positive serum could specifically identify it.The bearing heat test showed:After freezing-dry,the PFU of the experiments group was 200% higher than the control; after 10 days in 37℃,the PFU of the experiments group was 242% higher than control.The immunity protection rate against strong virus was 75% in experiment group and 33.4% in control group.更多还原
