大白口蘑生物学特性研究
Studies on the Biological Characteristics of Tricholoma giganteum
【摘要】 大白口蘑(Tricholom a gigan teum)菌丝生长的最适碳源是果糖,最适氮源是酵母粉,最适温度28~32℃,最适pH4.0~5.0,最适培养基含水量60%。子实体原基分化温度20~28℃,最适昼夜温差6℃,空气相对湿度85%~90%时能正常形成原基。
【Abstract】 It was proved in our test that the optimum C-source,N-source,temperature,pH and water content of the media were fructose,yeast powder,28~32℃,4.0~5.0 and 60% resp.for the mycelial growth of Tricholoma giganteum,and that the primordium differentiation temperature and the optimum temperature difference of day and night were 20~28℃ and 6℃ resp..While the relative air humidity for the normal formation of the primordial was 85%~90%.
