食管癌高发区AGT Exon5与食管癌高易感性关系分析

【摘要】 目的探讨AGTExon5与食管癌高易感性之间的关系。方法PCR、PCR-RFLP及PCR-SSCP检测法。结果AGTExon5突变型携带者患ESCC的危险度比野生型携带者升高3.289倍(95%CI,0.208~0.444)。在ESCC组,AGT Exon5、性别、年龄OR值分别为0.0310、93.558、1.0703,差异具有统计学意义。结论AGTExon5突变型基因型显著增加河南安阳地区人群ESCC的易感性,而DNA损伤修复酶基因缺陷可能是导致食管癌变的重要途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To characterize the relation between AGT Exon5 and high susceptibility to esophageal cancer at high-incidence area for esophageal cancer in Henan.Methods It was applied by PCR)and PCR-RFLP and PCR-SSCP.Results The sex-and age-adjusted OR for AGT Exon5 mutation genotype indicated a 3.289-fold(95% CI,0.208~0.444)increased risk for developing ESCC when compared with the AGT Exon5 wild type(P<0.001).Using subjects with the combination of AGT Exon5 genotypes,combined risk for developing ESCC was observed.In ESCC group,the OR values of AGT Exon5 is 0.031 0.The OR values of gender and age are 93.558 and 1.070 3.The difference was significantly different(P<0.001).Conclusion The mutant genotypes of AGT Exon5 polymorphisms raised risk of ESCC in the population of Anyang District in Henan,the Chinese highest incidence area for these cancers.The present results indicate that DNA repair enzymaticly genic bug is the important pass to lead to ESCC.
