【摘要】 目的探讨心向量图与心电图对慢性肺心脏病诊断标准及二者的临床应用价值。方法对84例经临床X线、肺功能、彩超确诊慢性肺心病患者进行心电图、心电向量图检查结果进行统计分析。结果心电图阳性率较低,心电向量图分别在符合诊断标准上存在显著差异(P＜0．01)。结论心电向量图弥补了心电图诊断上的不足,二者联合使用有较好地互补作用,能提高诊断准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore diagnostic criteria of pulmonary heart disease by electrocardio- gram and vectoreardiography and comparison clinic application value of electrocardiogram with vectorcar- diography.Methods Results of electrocardiogram and vectoreardiography of 84 patients who were diagnosed as pulmonary heart disease by X-ray,lung function and Color Doppler Ultrasonic were analysed.Results Positive rate of electrocardiograms were lower.There were significant difference between electrocardiogram and vectorcardiography which were used for diagnosing pulmonary heart disease(P＜0.05).Conclusion Vectorcardiography may compensate electrocardiogram for shortcoming in diagnosing pulmonary heart dis- ease.So combination of two methods could improve veracity of diagnosis.更多还原
