【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法总结35例经手术病理证实的甲状腺癌声像图表现。结果35例甲状腺癌中30例(85.71%)表现为结节形态不规则,边界模糊,内部见砂砾样钙化,后方回声衰减,周围组织浸润,颈部淋巴结肿大等异常声像图表现中的一项或多项。结论高频超声显像在甲状腺癌诊断中有着重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Probing the diagnose value of high-frequency sound on thyroid gland cancer.Methods Summarizing the sound-image charts of 35 patients who are proved to be thyroid gland cancer through operation pathology.Results From the sound charts, we can find the characteristics of thyroid gland cancer, including unclear verge, irregular form, no envelop, solid tumors with low echo and the sand-shape mini-calcify in the solid protuberance of the cyst.Conclusion The great value of the sound and image by HFU in the diagnosing thyroid gland cancers.更多还原
