【摘要】 目的探讨有胆道相对探查指征的病人行腹腔镜胆道手术时术中胆道造影的应用价值。方法在有相对胆总管结石探查指标的住院病人280例中,术中造影并行胆道探查已证实有胆道结石的病人中随机抽取20例为A组,术中造影未发现有胆道结石及未行胆道探查的病人中随机抽取20例为B组。结果通过术前病史、检查结果对照研究术中胆道造影的价值。结论腹腔镜胆道手术术中选择性造影结果是术中是否行胆道探查的最后唯一指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of selective intraoperative chlolangiography in laparoscope for treat-ment of the bile duct calulus.Methods Of the 280 suspected patients,20 paients were randomized into group A who were abnormal finding and posisted finding in exploration of bile duct,20 patients were randomized into group B who were normal imaging.Results Acording to the disease history and the examinition results before the operation,the value of selective intraoperative chlolangiography in laparoscope for treatment of the bile duct calulus were studied.Conclusion The result of selective intraoperative chlolangiography in laparoscope is the most effective indication.更多还原
