【摘要】 目的探讨跨行业、跨部门制定类似于食品的标准如“无公害食品”NY-糸列标准存在的问题。方法根据部门之间存在着产品的名称、要求的区别以及行业特殊性,结合6年来对宁波市“菜篮子”工作卫生监督与管理的实践和国内芽类蔬菜及行业标准调查与研究的结果,对“无公害食品”NY-糸列标准中,相关产品的名称、卫生要求、质量指标、测定方法和植物生长调节剂等问题进行分析与探讨。结果“无公害食品”NY-糸列标准,混淆了初级产品、初级农产品、农产品、无公害食品抑或食品的概念。结论依据《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》,建议将“无公害食品”NY-糸列标准修订为“无公害农产品”NY-糸列标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the limitations of the NY-series standards of nuisanceless food established by Ministry of Agriculture.Method According to the conceptive or requested difference of production and the industry particularity, safeties of vegetable basket process were supervised in Ningbo city for 6 years and the results of bean sprouts’ criteria were studied and the problems of NY-series standards were analyzed. Results It seems as if NY-series standards confused the conception of primary products, raw agriculture products, agriculture products, nuisanceless food or food.Conclusion Referring to Agriculture-food Quality and Safety of the People’s Republic of China, the NY-series standards of Nuisanceless Food could be suggested to be replaced by the standards of Nuisanceless Agriculture Products.更多还原
