Ni/Fe双金属降解CCl4、CHCl3和CH2Cl2的试验
Comparison of the Degradation of CT and PCE by Ni/Fe Bimetal
【摘要】 在批试验条件下研究了Ni/Fe双金属对CCl4(CT)、CHCl3(TCM)和CH2Cl2(DCM)的还原性脱氯性能。结果表明:(1)Ni/Fe双金属可有效对CT和TCM脱氯,但对DCM没有脱氯效果;(2)Ni/Fe双金属对CT和TCM的降解反应均符合准一级反应动力学方程;(3)在相似的反应条件下,Ni/Fe双金属对CT和TCM的脱氯效果好于Fe0,且脱氯速度与Ni/Fe质量比在一定数值范围内成正比;(4)对CT和TCM脱氯的反应速率常数kSA相差10.98~16.60倍,说明Ni/Fe双金属对氯代程度高的CT脱氯快于对氯代程度低的TCM;(5)Ni/Fe双金属对CT脱氯过程产生TCM,不产生DCM,且随着反应时间的继续,产生的TCM也继续被降解;而Ni/Fe双金属对TCM脱氯并不逐级产生DCM;Fe0对CT脱氯不仅产生TCM,也产生DCM。
【Abstract】 Carbon tetrachloride(CT),chloroform(TCM) and dichloromethane(DCM) were selected as target contaminants in this paper.Batch experiments were conducted to determine the reductive dechlorination of CT,TCM and DCM by Ni/Fe bimetal.The results show:(1)Ni/Fe bimetal scrapes were effective in the dechlorination of CT and TCM,but was invalid to DCM;(2)The dechlorination reactions of CT and TCM by Ni/Fe bimetal were pseudo first order;(3) Compared with ,Ni/Fe bimetal was more efficient in the dechlorination of CT and TCM at similar reaction conditions,and at some range of Ni/Fe mass ratio,the bigger the Ni/Fe mass ratio,the quicker the reaction rate was;(4)The dechlorination rate(kSA) of CT was 10.98~16.60 times bigger than that of TCM at similar reaction conditions,evidently showing that CT degraded more quickly than TCM in Ni/Fe bimetal system;(5)TCM was detected during the dechlorination of TCM by Ni/Fe bimetal and then continued to be slowly degraded,but DCM was not detected either in CT or TCM dechlorination by Ni/Fe bimeta,showing that TCM was not dechlorinated to DCM step by step.Both TCM and DCM were detected in the dechlorination of CT by fe.
