【摘要】 目的探讨儿童对立违抗性障碍发生的相关因素。方法2004-04-06收集长沙某学校对立违抗性障碍(ODD)患儿34例和正常对照组34例,所有患儿均符合DSM-Ⅳ中ODD诊断标准。以家庭一般情况调查表及家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)进行家庭情况调查。结果父母文化程度越高子女ODD的患病率越低,父母职业与子女ODD的患病率之间差异有高度显著性(χ2=12.673~12.679,P<0.01)。ODD儿童家庭的矛盾性分量表得分高于对照组儿童,差异有高度显著性(t=2.725,P<0.01)。父母文化、职业与家庭环境分量表存在不同程度的相关性。结论儿童ODD的发生与家庭结构以及父母文化、职业有关,对ODD的干预应注意改善家庭环境,提高父母素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the correlation factors in children with oppositional defiant disorder.Methods From April to June of 2004,thirty-four children with ODD and thirty-four normal children from an elementary school in Changsha,China were included.The diagnosis of ODD was made according to the DSM-Ⅳ criteria.General data questionnaire and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version (FES-CV) were filled out by their parents.Results The prevalence rate of ODD in children proned to be low when the education degrees and levels of the profession in their parents proned to be higher,and there was a significant difference between them(χ2=12.673~12.679,P<0.01).The conflict scores of FES-CV in ODD children were significantly higher than those in controls(t=2.725,P<0.01).There was different correlation of FES-CV with parent’s cultural training and profession.Conclusion Family environment,cultural training and profession of parents are related to the occurrence of ODD in children.To improve family environment and cultural training of parents and scientific methods of nursing will be profitable to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ODD in children.更多还原
