粤西徐闻九亩硅藻土热处理前后结构的变化及对Zn2+吸附性能的影响
Structural Changes of Diatomite in Thermal Treatment and Their Effect on Zn2+ Adsorption from Xuwen,Guandong Province
【摘要】 粤西徐闻九亩硅藻土热处理前后的SEM、XRD、FTIR研究表明:800、1000℃热处理下,硅藻土微观结构没有太大的变化,但至1200℃时,管状壁孔洞发生破碎。同时,主要矿物组成会由蛋白石变成方英石;热处理可以对硅藻土进行提纯,但温度不宜达到1200℃。热处理前后硅藻土对Zn2+的吸附实验表明:硅藻土可以用于吸附水体中的Zn2+,且热处理可以改善其吸附能力,但不同质量的硅藻土所要求的热处理温度不尽相同。
【Abstract】 The results obtained from micro-structure analysis of raw and thermal treated diatomite at 800℃,1 000℃ and 1 200℃ show that there are not notable structural changes at 800℃ and 1 000℃ treatment.When it was heated at 1 200℃,its composition and structure changed a lot.To purify SiO2 from diatomite by heating it,the temperature should not exceed 1 200℃.In addition,diatomite is a kind of effective environmental material due to the adsorption of Zn2+.The Zn2+ adsorption ability of diatomite will be improved when diatomite is heated.The thermal treated temperature is different when the quality of diatomite is different.
