双酚A、辛基酚对未成年雌性大鼠子宫的协同作用
The Coeffect of Bisphenol A and Octylatedphenol on the Uteruses of Immature Female Rats
【摘要】 目的探讨双酚A(BPA)、辛基酚(OP)两种环境内分泌干扰物对未成年大鼠子宫重量、子宫重量/体重、子宫雌激素受体(ER)mRNA水平的影响。方法未成年雌性大鼠40只,分为4个组,每组10只,第一组给予BPA 100mg/kg灌胃,第二组给予OP 100mg/kg灌胃,第三组给予BPA 100mg/kg+OP 100mg/kg灌胃,第四组给予玉米油灌胃(溶剂对照组),以上均灌胃2周,然后测子宫重量、子宫重量/体重,并用RT-PCR法测子宫ERmRNA的水平。结果BPA 100mg/kg+OP 100mg/kg组的子宫重量、子宫重量/体重均高于BPA 100mg/kg组和OP 100mg/kg组(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05),BPA 100mg/kg+OP 100mg/kg组的子宫ERmRNA水平高于BPA 100mg/kg组和OP 100mg/kg组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论BPA、OP对未成年大鼠子宫重量、子宫重量/体重、子宫ERmRNA水平均有协同作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the coeffect of bisphenol A(BPA)and octylatedphenol(OP)on the uterus weight、uterus weight/body weight and ER mRNA of the immature rats. Methods 40 immature rats were divided into four groups:one group were given BPA 100 mg/kg,the second group were given OP 100 mg/kg,the third group were given BPA 100 mg/kg+OP 100 mg/kg,the fourth group given corn oil,after two weeks,animals were killed and uterus weight、uterus weight/body weight and the level of the uterus ER mRNA were measured.Results The uterus weight and uterus weight/body weight of BPA 100 mg/kg+OP 100 mg/kg group is higher than BPA 100 mg/kg group and OP 100 mg/kg group(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05);The uterus ER mRNA level of BPA 100 mg/kg+OP 100 mg/kg group is higher than BPA 100 mg/kg group and OP 100 mg/kg group(P<0.05,P<0.05). Conclusion BPA and OP have coeffect on the uterus weight、uterus weight/body weight and ER mRNA level of the immature rats.
