【摘要】 目的分析云南省1997-2005年自愿咨询检测人群艾滋病感染情况,为云南省艾滋病防治政策提供科学依据。方法对1997-2005年云南省疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)点自愿匿名检测结果进行分析。结果1997-2005年,云南省艾滋病自愿咨询检测共检测血清标本12278份,检出HIV感染者2343份,阳性检出率由2001年的9.4%上升到2005年的24.8%。求检者中,以汉族、20~40岁的性活跃人群为主,女性、高学历人员逐年增加;2001年后,职业构成呈多元化;随着性伴通知的要求,阳性配偶检测人数增加较快。HIV感染者中以静脉吸毒人群为主,而静脉吸毒者多集中在文化层次较低的小学、初中和无业人员、农民中;性人群HIV检出逐年上升,集中在工人、个体户、驾驶员、干部职员、私商和初、高中文化层次;31~40岁人群HIV检出上升幅度较大;随着阳性配偶的大量检测,使已婚人群中被检出的HIV感染者随之增加,母婴传播的感染者也被更多地发现。结论1997-2005年云南省艾滋病自愿咨询检测人数呈逐年上升,一般人群在VCT中都有接触并可及时发现HIV感染情况。加大VCT市场营销、促进VCT服务质量、建立健全云南省VCT网络是实现我国VCT目标、落实国家“四免一关怀”政策的要求;亟待提高基层医务人员艾滋病知识水平与转诊信息提供的能力;主动出击,大力开展针对低文化层次人群、性活跃人群、感染者配偶的艾滋病宣传、干预活动,有助于提高艾滋病预防效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse HIV infection situation among clients from VCT from 1997 to 2005 in order to provide information for HIV/AIDS prevention and care. Methods Using findings from clients receiving VCT in Yunnan CDC from 1997 to 2005.Results Totally,there were 12 278 clients been tested from 1997 to 2005, among which, 2 343 were positive,and the positive rate increased from 9.4% of the year 2001 to 24.8% of the year 2004. Among these clients, most are Han nationality, sexually active persons aged 20～40 years,female and men who receive high level of education; since the year 2001, the occupation constitution are multiple and clients who were notified by their partner to VCT service is increasing with the enhancing of partner tracing of VCT service.Most HIV positive clients are IDUs, who are low educated with only primary or secondary schooling and are unemployed or farmers; HIV positive rate is increasing among clients having unsafe sex practice, who are workers, self-employed, drivers, cadres, private businessmen and persons received high school education; besides, the positive rate among clients aged 31～40 years increased to a great extent; and more and more married clients were detected to be HIV positive with more partner coming to the service, and more cases MTCT cases are found. Conclusion The number of clients coming to VCT service of Yunnan CDC is increasing year by year, and clients from general population are also been reached and confirmed HIV positive. Strengthening VCT social marketing and improving VCT service quality and VCT network in Yunnan province are necessary for getting to the goal of VCT and carrying out national policy of “four frees one care”. And improving the knowledge level on HIV/AIDS and the ability to provide referral information of health care workers at grass root level are urgent. Conducting active prevention actions such as health education and intervention for low educated and sexually active group and partners of HIV infected persons will help for improving HIV/AIDS prevention effects.更多还原
