【摘要】 目的:观察氟比洛芬酯注射液(凯纷)用于全麻下小儿扁桃体及增殖体切除术后患者的镇痛效果及安全性。方法:32例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级行扁桃体、增殖体手术的患儿,随机分为以下两组,试验组即术后使用凯纷(F组)16例,对照组(C组)16例。三盲法下F组术后给予0.1ml/kg凯纷原液静脉注射,C组术后给予0.1ml/kg脂肪乳制剂静脉注射,观察用药前及用药后15min、30min、1h、2h、4h、6h、8h各时间点的疼痛强度(PI),采用颜色视觉模拟量表疼痛强度评估法。结果:试验组单次用药后8h的PI为1.2,对照组是3.2,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:凯纷是安全有效的镇痛药,可用于缓解扁桃体及增殖体切除术的术后疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe analgesic efficacy and safety of flurbiprofen axeil injection in the treatment of postoperative pain in patients undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.Methods:thirty-two patients(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ) were randomly assigned into two groups.In group F(n=16) patients received intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axeil 1mg/kg after surgery.Pain intensity(PI)was assessed by color-analogue scales before the treatment and at 15min,30min,1h,2h,4h,6h and 8h after surgery in all of the patients.Results:PI at the 8th hour after treatment in F group was 1.2,while the index in the control group was 3.2,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axeil injection is a safe and effective drug in treatment of postoperative pain in patients undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.更多还原
