【摘要】 目的探讨藏药紫金标抗单纯疱疹病毒I型(HSV-1)的体内作用。方法对小鼠进行HSV-1的角膜局部接种、尾静脉全身接种两种HSV-1感染的动物模型,观察紫金标对疱疹性角膜炎和HSV-1全身感染的治疗作用。结果紫金标可减轻组织的病理损害,明显减少或消除脏器内的病毒抗原,最大无毒剂量(0.3g/kg/d)的紫金标对HSV-1有明显的对抗作用,其效果与临床用的抗病毒药物ACV近似;紫金标对疱疹性角膜炎有治疗作用。结论紫金标有抗HSV-1的药效学作用,对疱疹性角膜炎和HSV-1全身感染有较明显的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To examine the antiviral effect of extract from Ceratostigma willmattianum against herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1) and to assess its potential for clinical applications. Two animal models of HSV-1 infection were used by local-inoculation on the cornea and full-inoculation through tail vein of mice, and then treated with the extract from C. willmattianum with different doses. Meanwhile, ACV was employed as a positive control. The focus of the experiments was on the remedial action of C. willmattianum to HSV-1 full-infection abouta variety of viscera pathology and the time of appearance and disappearance of antigen. It was also aimed at the remedial action to herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) from the acreage variety of cornea pathological changes. Results showed that Ceratostigma willmattianum could decrease the pathological changes in viscera, and eliminate the virus antigen notably, with the effects at a dosage of 0.3 g/kg/d, equal to those of positive coutrol drug ACV. The data thus seem to indicate Ceratostigma willmattianum has remedial action to HSK.更多还原
