【摘要】 不同于主要发展中国家政治变迁的政治发展理论,新制度主义政治学的研究主要集中于发达国家的中层性制度安排与政策产品的关系,因而西方学者将新制度主义定位为中层理论。其实,直接来源于制度变迁理论的新制度主义具有宏观理论属性。制度的分层性尤其是研究议程意味着新制度主义具有不同的属性。对于以观念、制度结构和制度安排为变量的宏观性制度分析框架,可用中国历史上的经典案例加以检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different from theory of political development that focuses on political change in developing countries,neo-institutionalism pays much attention to the relationship of medium institutional arrangements and political goods,therefore it has been regarded as medium-theory.Actually the meta-theory of neo-institutionalism originated from the theory of institutional change has the feature of macro endowment.Multi-layers of institution,especially different research agendas determine that institutional analysis has different characters.This article constructs a macro-micro institutional paradigm consisting of idea,institutional structure and institutional arrangement,and testifies it with China’s first modernization in the late of 19th century.更多还原
