【Abstract】 Routine organization differs from task-oriented organization in resource acquisition.Routine organization usually has stable and settled channels and modes of resource acquisition.Task-oriented organization is established to solve particular and one-off tasks,which determines its uncertainty in resource acquisition.From the purpose of acquisition,routine organization is for keeping and controlling resource,and task-oriented organization simply for use to fulfill the task.From the mode of acquisition,routine organization gets resource through competition while task-oriented organization through trust and collaboration.更多还原
