【摘要】 目的:分析急性周围动脉栓塞术后并发症,探讨其发生原因及防治措施。方法:回顾、分析117例急性周围动脉栓塞患者,采用Fogarty球囊导管取栓术治疗,术后行溶栓、抗凝、祛聚治疗的临床资料。结果:本组发生术后并发症:术后出血10例;肌病肾病代谢综合征4例;骨筋膜室综合征切开减压2例;术后再栓塞6例;出现循环衰竭9例;截肢8例,截肢率为7.8%;导致死亡14例,死亡率为11.9%。结论:导管取栓和术后抗凝治疗是治疗急性动脉栓塞的重要手段,而对术后并发症的临床观察、预防和及时处理是提高疗效、降低死亡率及截肢率的有力保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the cause of postoperative complications of acute peripheral arterial embolization and explore their preventive measures.Methods:117 cases of acute peripheral arterial embolization,whichunderwent Fogarty embolecto my combined with postoperative thrombolytic,anti-coagulation and anti-platelet therapy,were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The postoperative complications include:10 case of postoperative bleeding,4cases of myosis and nephrosis syndrome,2cases of osteafascial syndrome underwent fiωciotomy for decompression,6cases of reembolization,9 cases of blood circulatory failure,8 cases of amputation with amputation rate of 7.8%,and 14cases of death with mortality rate of 11.9%.Conclusions:Single embolectomy combined with postoperative anticoagulation therapy etberr for acute arterial embol;WIIIIR close clinical obse arion,preeld in-time tr tment of tx complications can increase its efficacy and 10 le monalitv and amp OBa.更多还原
