【摘要】 目的:研究吸烟对男性精液质量、睾酮水平及精浆左卡尼汀水平的影响。方法:对有致孕史的男性,根据吸烟量和烟龄分为A、B、C 3组,检测精液参数(精液量、精子密度、精子前向运动百分率)、睾酮水平及精浆左卡尼汀水平。结果:精子密度、精子前向运动百分率A、C两组间有显著性差异;精子前向运动率B、C两组间有显著性差异;睾酮水平A、B组无明显差异,A、C组有显著性差异;左卡尼汀水平A、B两组间有显著性差异,A、C两组间差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:长期大量吸烟可抑制睾丸的睾酮合成、降低精浆左卡尼汀水平,对精液参数、睾酮合成及精浆生化条件有不良影响,吸烟量越大、时间越长,影响越明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of smoking on the semen quality,the level of serum testosterone and L-carnitine in seminal plasma.Methods:90 men,who had the history of pregnancy individual,were divided into three groups.Semen parameters(volume,sperm density,viability,motility),serum testosterone and L-carnitine were examined.Results:There are significant difference between A and C group about sperm density and the percentage of progressive motile spermatozoa,and between B and C group about motility,and between A and C about serum testosterone,and between A and B about the level of L-carnitine,especilly between A and C group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Heavy and long-term smoking repress the synthesis of testosterone and decrease the level of L-carnitine in seminal plasma.Cigarette smoking appears to affect seminal parameter,serum testosterone and condition of seminal plasma.Heavier and longer would be more.更多还原
