【摘要】 目的:分析下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)治疗过程中发生的主要并发症。探讨其原因、治疗和预防措施。方法:回顾分析98例下肢深静脉血栓患者采用Fogarty导管取栓后,导管插入溶栓和药物治疗的临床资料。结果:78例治疗经过顺利,痊愈出院;治疗过程中发生出血6例;栓塞后综合征10例;致死性肺栓塞2例。结论:治疗过程中密切观察血常规和凝血象的变化可有效预防出血的发生;腔静脉滤网可预防肺栓塞的发生;穿弹力治疗袜和适当的抗凝治疗可减少栓塞后综合征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the main complications of deep vein thrombosis during its treatment and explore its causes and treatment and prevention measures.Methods:98 Cases of deep vein thrombosis undergone Fogarty catheter operation combined with thrombosis lysis and drug treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:78 examples are cured leaving hospital process smooth , being recovered; 6 examples curing process middle bleeding happened; The embolism queen collects 10 examples synthetically; Lethality pulmonary embolism 2 examples.
