【Abstract】 At present,employment situation for university graduates is serious and there is no effective solution.At the same time,socialist new rural construction needs a lot of talented people.Therefore,if we take the two questions into consideration,maybe we could fathom a win-win as well as practical solution for the questions of the lack of job opportunity for graduates on the one hand,and the lack of talented people for countryside construction on the other.This "New Educated Youth" policy needs government’s fund support,the improvement of current law and regulations and the innovation of managing mode.Only thus,can we carry out this solution effectively.更多还原
