【摘要】 目的观察结直肠癌患者是否存在IL-6基因启动子-174G→C位点的多态性。方法采用PCR扩增、限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)分析判断46例结直肠患者IL-6启动子-174G→C多态性。结果全组结直肠癌患者IL-6基因启动子-174位点均为GG型。结论本组结直肠癌患者中未发现IL-6基因启动子-174位点的多态性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect-174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods-174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter was detected by PCR-RFLP in 49 patients with colorectal cancer.Results-174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter in all the 46 patients with colorectal cancer was-174G/G genotype.Conclusions-174G→C polymorphism of IL-6 gene promoter was not found in 49 patients with colorectal cancer.更多还原
