【摘要】 目的建立咳咳止口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中浙贝母、银花、瓜蒌进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果橙皮苷的线性范围为418.2~2092.0 ng(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.86%,RSD为0.80%。结论方法可行,重复性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up the quality standard for Kekezhi Koufuye.Methods Bulbus fritillariae Thunbergii,flos lonicerae japonicae and pericarpium trichosanthis were identified by thin-layer chromatography method.The contents of hesperidin in Kekezhi Koufuye were determined by HPLC.Results The linear range of hesperidin was 418.2～2092.0 ng(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 98.86%,and RSD was 0.80%.Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate and practicable.It can be used for the quality control of Kekezhi Koufuye.更多还原
