发展草地农业 确保中国食物安全
Developing the Agro-Grassland System to Insure Food Security of China
【摘要】 通过对“粮-猪农业”和草地农业的综合分析表明:在中国饲料用粮成为粮食生产主要压力的情况下,中国坚持传统的“粮-猪农业”,饲料用粮需求数量巨大,这种传统的农业方式势必对中国的食物安全造成严重威胁,而建立草地农业系统,将人食与畜食分开,走节粮型、非粮型饲料道路是减小粮食生产压力、优化中国人口食物结构、确保粮食安全的一个有效措施。
【Abstract】 Based on the study on the agro-grassland agriculture(AGA) and the foodstuff-pig agriculture(FPA),the traditional FPA was found to be outdated,the FPA yeild was too low considering the demand for food may increase rapidly in the future.The AGA would be an alternattive.The new AGA can differentiate food consumed by human beings and by livestock.The AGA can take full advantage of the nutrition efficiency in agriculture and can reduce the pressure on food security,optimize food structure,and solve the problems of food security in our country.
