西双版纳地区糯玉米品种四路糯、小黄糯的遗传多样性分析

【摘要】 【目的】研究西双版纳地区四路糯、小黄糯的遗传多样性和遗传结构。【方法】利用SSR标记,对来自西双版纳地区不同来源的四路糯、小黄糯3个地方糯玉米品种7个亚居群及1个地方爆裂玉米和1个薏苡居群进行遗传多样性分析,并以黄早四和Mo17为对照,进行聚类分析。【结果】(1)用21对玉米核心SSR引物,在7个糯玉米亚居群中总共扩增出201个等位基因,平均多态信息量PIC值为0.82,标记索引系数MI值7.92,Shannon多样性指数I为0.4094。(2)品种内的遗传分化系数在0.0968~0.2216之间,品种间的遗传分化系数为0.3409。(3)遗传相似度和聚类分析的结果表明:7个糯玉米亚居群被划分为3组;与地方爆裂玉米及2个自交系的亲缘关系较远。【结论】四路糯和小黄糯均具有丰富的遗传多样性;不同品种间具有较大的遗传分化;品种内居群间也存在一定程度的遗传分化。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 Genetic variation and genetic structure of three waxy corn landraces in Xishaungbanna were investigated.【Method】Method of simple sequence repeat(SSR) was applied to assess the genetic diversity and structure among seven subpopulations of three waxy corn landraces,one population of popcorn landraces and one population of Coix lacryma-jobi in Xishuangbanna.As a control,Huangzao 4 and Mo17 were compared with seven subpopulations of waxy corn landraces to determine their phylogenetic relationships.【Result】Using 21 pairs of SSR core primers,a total of 201 alleles were detected in seven subpopulations of waxy corn with average polymorphism information content(PIC) of 0.82,average marker index(MI) of 7.92 and Shannon’s information index(I) of 0.4094.The coefficient of gene differentiation(Gst) varied from 0.0968 to 0.2216 at the subpopulation level while the Gst was 0.3409 at the variety level.Genetic similarity and cluster analysis showed that seven subpopulations of waxy corn that were classified into three groups displayed further genetic distance from its local popcorn landraces and Huangzao 4,Mo 17.【Conclusion】Rich genetic variation exists in three waxy corn landraces.The genetic divergence was relatively high in three waxy corn landraces.Certain degree of genetic divergence exists among populations.
