【摘要】 目的:探索适合农村社区慢性病患者的健康教育方式,并评价健康教育的干预效果,以提升农村慢性病综合防治水平。方法:选择148例慢性病患者定期开展健康教育活动和行为方式调查问卷。结果:健康教育12个月后,患者知识、态度和行为得分较干预前有明显提高,患者收缩压、糖化血红蛋白等与干预前有显著性变化。结论:健康教育在慢性病的综合防治中有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the methods of health education of chronic disease patients in the rural community.Methods148 patients with chronic non-communicable disease were managed with health education including quantification-diet,exercise treatment and so on during 12 months.ResultsThe average scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior were improved obviously.At the same time the average systolic blood pressure was significantly dropped.ConclusionsThe health education of chronic disease was effectively playing an important role in chronic non-communicable disease need to be persisted for a long time.更多还原
