【摘要】 目的:通过在成都市城乡低收入老人中进行调查,比较不同传媒在城乡低收入老人中进行健康教育的作用的差异,探讨在城乡低收入老人中进行健康教育的最佳传媒形式,为今后选择合适的健康教育方式,更有效地在广大城乡低收入老人中开展健康教育提供科学的依据。方法:用PRA(Participation Rural Appraisal—参与性农村快速评估法)中的开放式访谈和排序的方法,对成都市小天辖区和都江堰市土桥乡新华村60岁以上的低收入老人,以及他们的家人进行传媒与健康教育的调查。结果:老年人获取健康知识主要媒体渠道依次是:电视,娱乐场所(茶馆)和与家人邻里聊天,报纸,收音机,广告,宣传册。结论:因为受到经济、文化、生理等方面的限制,这部分老年人接受健康教育存在一定的特殊性。国家、社会、家庭以及健康教育工作者在开展健康教育工作时,要充分考虑到这部分老年人的客观条件和喜好,制定和选择最适宜这部分老年人的健康教育方式和内容,提高健康教育的有效性,造福于广大民众。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get the information that the ranks of the medias showed that the aged whose incomes were very low prefered to get the health educationfrom.Methods We chosen 125 old people and other generations whose incomes were very low.PRA(Participation Rural Appraisal) was used and made the rankings.Result The ranking of the Medias the old people chosen were TV,Tea shop and Chatting,Newspaper,Radio,Advertising,booklet.Conclusion Influenced by economic,literacy and physical conditions,these old people had their characteristics to have health education.So the governments,the society,the families,and the health educators should consider carefully about their background and find out the reasonable methods to spread health knowledge around them.更多还原
