【摘要】 以廊坊市为实证采用实地调查、收集资料进行统计分析的方法对该区域建设用地供应模式及效果进行了探讨和分析,并提出了相关建议。结果表明该区域由于经济发展和招商引资的要求,另外也没有成熟的土地供应理论和方法可以借鉴,因此建设用地供应也摆脱不了"以需定供"的模式。其结果导致增加建设用地的渠道是以外延扩展为主的,土地利用率低、经济效果欠佳、建设用地指标分配难以把握等问题。因此改变现有的建设用地供应模式、制定科学合理的建设用地供应计划是非常必要的。更多还原
