国民政府时期农村合作经济组织制度供给失灵原因探析

【摘要】 20世纪30年代初至40年代末,国民政府以行政力量供给农村合作经济制度,最后以失败而告终。分析了造成该制度供给失灵的原因在于:合作社缺乏经济基础;合作社被扭曲为官员升官发财的工具;合作社变异为地富豪绅等权势者剥夺贫困农民的新工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the beginning of 1930s to the end of 1940s, rural cooperative has been supplied by Kuomintang. It is analyzed in the article that the reasons of failure were: scarceness of economy basic; contorted into win promotion and get rich for officials; changed into new tools of depriving poor farmers by persons who were rich or had authority.更多还原
