【摘要】 烟草是中国最重要的经济作物之一,烟草生产是以提高品质为核心。转化酶在烟草生长的各个阶段都发挥重要作用,该文介绍了转化酶的种类和生理功能,讨论了酸性转化酶在参与韧皮部卸载、光合产物的运输、碳水化合物组成、细胞渗透调节以及细胞对胁迫的响应中的作用,着重综述了转化酶在烟草生长发育、调制和陈化过程中的作用及对碳代谢状况的影响,皆对改善烟草品质具有实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tobacco is one of the most important cash crops of China,tobacco product on the purpose of improving quality.Invertase plays an important role in tobacco growth,the kinds and physiological function of invertase were introduced,acid invertase which played an important role in phloem loading and unloading,transformation of photosynthesis product,carbohydrate composition,cell osmotic regulation and the response to stress were discussed.Invertase effects on tobacco growth,curing,aging procedure and carbon metabolism were discussed too,which can improve tobacco quality.更多还原
